In today's meeting reportedly DFS has directed CEO of public sector banks to use carrot and stick both to deter employees from participating in 3 days strike for 5 days banking starting from 28 sep .
While one side there is emotional appeal that if we go on strike out customers will shift to private banks and on other hand controlling offices have been directed to file FIR against those who stops other employees from joining duty and FIR will be filed against those controlling offices heads who do not file FIR against such employees.
Also FIR will be filed against those who leave stations .
IBA has been directed to come out with a circular on who and who can not go on strike .
