The road on 1 st cross, 10 main, Indiranagar ,#indiranagar Ward 89 was asphalted by the Bbmp couple of months back, it's already been dug up for some cable laying today, how can permissions be provided post tha asphalting

This is Near water tank,
10th Main. Indiranagar 2 nd stage, Ward 89, the pot holes filled is of shoddy quality and now more dangerous for 2 Wheelers, the gravel is coming out and 2 wheelers tend to skid and fall @BBMPCOMM @BBMPAdmn @mlanaharis
