@ICICIBank @RBI i am trying to pay bill using axis app and my payment gateways is ICICI as it is my bank. I am trying since 9:00 PM today. O am not getting OTP, I tried 7 times I SI’s not get otp. O missed my payment by a day. Customer care is saying issue but not raise ticket

@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank @RBI @narendramodi First check why customer care guys did not respond when i asked him to raise ticket that otp is not received. I missed my credit card payment now i will be defaulter by credit agency. u bank will make this an excuses to deny loan.
