There was very clearly no saving Jax so wouldn't it have been better to let him have his epiphany after all that struggle to break through to him and to show us that it genuinely lands on you to seek change and connection if you want to live? idkk

Left side a Junior artist i hired 3years ago.
Right side a Junior artist who got hired 10 years ago(myself).

The issue is how rare junior positions are now and back then. (yes 10years ago i also had to apply to every single European company just to get 1 interview...)

You compete with ppl who work ridiculous hours.
Learn the basics, create good art (not phenomenal) and start build bridges with ppl in studios.

Connections will get you into a studio more likely then a crazy good portfolio.
