This week we'll be in Berlin for the final pitches and conference of @SPRIND Stage 2! Really proud to showcase our EUDI Wallet Prototype, and its improvements since Stage 1.
I'll be presenting at the OWF Wallet Interoperability Special Interested Group at 4PM CET (in 53 minutes) to share updates on Credo. What did we achieve in 2024, and what's next for 2025?

Just now at the @idnextplatform awards, Credo took home the innovation award for its efforts in 2024! 🎉 @TimoGlastra accepted it on behalf of the community 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
OpenID4VCI with authorization code also coming very soon to Credo

Update from Germany’s disruptive innovation initiative @SPRIND on the wallet competition they are holding. I love the principles here on how it’s organised:
- Smaller companies (on the left hand side) are funded, but at the end of the competition have to open source their wallet and backend code
- Larger companies (on right hand side) are not funded and don’t have to open source their code, but many are choosing to.
To me, this mirrors the UK Gov Digital Services approach on making sure publicly funded code is open sourced.
There are three stages in the competition, and at the end of each stage, a jury decides on which participants continue to the next stage. I liked how considered the approach was from the Sprin-D team. They’ll release one German govt funded EUDI wallet, but *also* create the mechanism for 3rd party/private wallets to exist so that there’s no “wallet lock-in”.
Rooting for friendlies like @AnimoSolutions as this progresses, as they are still in the game!
Did you know... @AnimoSolutions is currently working on their EUDI wallet for @SPRIND in the Paradym repo. These projects will eventually be merged meaning Paradym wallet users get access to all of the amazing work being done!
Credo is quickly becoming the go-to framework for teams that want to build global identity solutions https://t.co/o1yuVheQl0

The Credo Framework and its contributors have been our love and backbone for almost five years now. It is incredible to continue to see it grow and evolve🚀 (now under the @OpenWalletFdn)
Working with Selective Disclosure JWT VCs? Try out our debugger to visualize the structure of SD-JWT VCs, including headers, payload, and disclosures 🛠️📣
If you haven't seen our Stage 1 submission, check out the full demo using @paradym_id. We can't wait to show you the Stage 2 results 🚀 https://t.co/TweSIjgigv
A main focal point in Stage 2 is non-traceability and unlinkability for the wallet's security. For these topics, we'll be supporting batch issuance and single-use credentials 👀.
