@AmazonHelp The link took me to amazon app chat window and I didn't get any Skip sign in option. And also I have provided all the required information and screenshots to your excutives twice. They do not have proper knowledge and even courtesy. Chatting with them is just waste of time.

@AmazonHelp No resolution was provided. They just stated that the item is not eligible for cashbak and disconnected the chat, despite it is showing in the eligible product list.

@AmazonHelp Had a chat. The representative said that the item is not a launchpad product. But it is still showing in the eligible product list. He could not answer the query and disconnected the chat.
