@DTDCIndia A pathetic experience using your service to send a critical document. It is a Bangalore to Bangalore delivery and after 7 days it is not delivered yet. Your customer service does not help, your booking centre does not help and you don't even have an escalation channel.
@anandmahindra Sir, With the increasing no of willful traffic violations, maybe Car Manufacturers can integrate AI with Car control to prevent them. Current navigation systems can detect lanes fairly accurately, car control can detect such violations to trigger preventive measure

@IndiGo6E#patheticService BLR Durgapur flight. Diverted to HYD for tech issue, no senior person from indigo present, sitting in the aircraft for 1 hr, now saying another aircraft will be arranged. No clear path in sight
@IndiGo6E Why should I fly with you next time? How will you compensate for the harrasment you had put us through this time? Who is answerable for this mishap? Why no meal was served even though the flight was 5 hrs delayed? We were herded and treated like criminals in the security area 😡
@IndiGo6E Also for a 5 hrs delay where the flight finally reached destination at 4.45 pm, well past lunch time, you didn't even offer lunch to passengers. Only provided one cookie, few nuts and one juice. You were selling the lunch. This behaviour is sickening.
@IndiGo6E The technical snag happens and operational issue happens. The way you responded and handled the situation was total disaster for the fliers. For a flight that was delayed by 5 hrs, there was no empathy from any of the ground staff for the passengers, not even for women and kids

@avast_antivirus Pathetic customer service. Reported two instances of my credit card being charged incorrectly. No resolution yet. Safe not to use Avast in future.
