NDC BAYELSA CENTRAL CANDIDATE HOSTS KOLGA LEADERS TO STRATEGIC MEETING

The Bayelsa Central Senatorial Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Arc. Reuben Okoya played host to NDC leaders, LGA Executive, and Ward Executives from the Kolokuma Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, amid intensified efforts to strengthen the grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The meeting was attended by Hon. Wisdom Fafi, representing Kolga Constituency II in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly; Brigadier General Abel Mineum (Rtd.), NDC Bayelsa Central/Kolga Caucus Chairman; and Mrs. Helen Ajoko, State Deputy Women Leader.

Discussions focused on party unity, grassroots mobilisation, teamwork, and strengthening the party’s organisational structure across the local government area.

The stakeholders stressed the importance of closer collaboration between party leaders and grassroots members in building a formidable structure capable of delivering electoral success in 2027.

The meeting ended with renewed commitment to unity, grassroots engagement, and collective action as the NDC continues to expand its presence across Kolga and Bayelsa State.
