@MunerMohamed1 The numbers on the BMP pointing toward ATN. The very rapid onset, in addition to UA which showed brown urine and 3+ blood, this raises the possibility of acute vascular insult of the kidney (such as bilateral renal infarction). Will consider CTA abdomen and pelvis and lactate
