今天市場史上最大 IPO，但真正該關注的不是今天——是接下來幾個月的供需結構
📅 今天是 6 月 12 日。

今天 SpaceX 以 $135 每股、約 $1.75-1.8 兆美元估值在 Nasdaq 正式上市，代號 SPCX，募資約 750 億美元，是史上最大規模 IPO。

總認購需求超過 2500 億美元，是募資目標的 3.5 到 4 倍。

今天推特上幾乎所有討論都聚焦在「上市首日漲跌」。我想談一個更長線、但更少人在追蹤的結構——這個 IPO 的解鎖設計，以及它和接下來幾個月宏觀日曆的疊加關係。

📖 這次的解鎖結構，跟你想的不一樣 傳統 IPO 通常是單一 180 天鎖定期，到期那天供給瞬間湧入市場。
@SpaceX 採用的是「階段性釋放閥」設計：首次財報後 2 天，內部人可賣出最多 20% 持股；如果股價維持在 IPO 價格 30% 以上達 10 個交易日中的 5 天，再解鎖 10%；之後 7% 的批次在前 135 天內定期釋放，Q3 財報後再釋放 28%，剩餘部分在 180 天時全部解鎖。@elonmusk 本人則承諾完整 366 天鎖定。

7 月底到 8 月初是第一個解鎖窗口（Q2 財報後），9 月到 12 月是滾動解鎖期，12 月是完整解鎖。 TRADING ECONOMICS
這個設計的目的很清楚：避免「單一懸崖式拋售」造成股價崩跌。但代價是——接下來六個月，市場會持續存在「潛在供給壓力」的背景噪音，而不是一次性消化掉。

💡 為什麼這對宏觀環境有意義 及 SpaceX 有意願在上市後快速衝高股價的動機之一，是 Nasdaq 100 的快速納入機制——如果股價維持在高位，可能在上市後 15 天內就被納入指數，觸發被動基金的強制買盤。

🕰️把這個時間軸放進你已經在追蹤的宏觀日曆裡看：
6/17 FOMC 點陣圖、6 月底 Nasdaq 100 可能的指數納入決定、7 月底 SPCX 第一波解鎖——這幾個事件如果在七月中下旬到八月初之間疊加，會形成一個「指數買盤 vs 內部人賣壓」同時發生的特殊視窗。對於整體市場流動性而言，這單單影響比特幣，它將會影響「機構資金有多少餘裕可以重新配置到風險資產」這個更大的池子。

📉 這跟比特幣的關係，不是「資金競爭」這麼簡單 我在前幾天的文章裡用過「AI 敘事 vs 比特幣敘事」的框架，但今天看完這個解鎖結構，我覺得這個框架可能過於簡化。
真正可能在發生的事情是：機構資金配置的決策時間軸正在縮短。SPCX 提供的是一個「有明確時間表、有明確觸發條件」的標的——財報日期、解鎖日期、指數納入條件，全部寫在公開文件裡，可以被模型化、被排程。

比特幣的反轉路徑相對地依賴「不確定性事件」——FOMC 的語氣、CLARITY Act 的進度、地緣政治的發展，這些都沒有固定時間表。

在一個機構偏好「可排程確定性」的環境裡，SPCX 這類標的會持續吸收注意力和短期資金配置，不是因為它「更性感」，而是因為它「更容易被放進模型」。比特幣要打破這個劣勢，需要的可能不是更好的宏觀數據，而是一個有明確時間表的結構性事件——這也是為什麼我一直在追 CLARITY Act 的投票時間表，它是少數能給比特幣「可排程確定性」的變數。

💬 比特幣現在的位置 CPI 後守住 $60,000，在 $62,000–$65,000 區間嘗試築底。6/17 FOMC 還有五天。

打农药的时代要过去了咯，
未来农业已经悄悄落地了，
不用喷一滴农药，机器人夜里自己开进田里，靠紫外线就把害虫病菌全杀光了。

晚上，加州一片漆黑的草莓田里，一台拖拉机大小的机器人自己开进来。

它身上亮着蓝绿光，对着植株冠层一排排照过去。
不喷任何农药，只靠紫外线就把害虫和病菌的 DNA 破坏掉，让它们无法繁殖。
这就是 TRIC Robotics 的 Luna 机器人正在做的事。

很多人以为，控虫必须白天喷药才有效。
但选在晚上干活，反而有天然优势：害虫晚上活动多，DNA 修复能力弱，植物这时也更能承受这个剂量。

机器人同时还带吸虫器，物理吸走一部分害虫，形成双保险。

更关键的是，这已经不是实验室概念。
它在加州草莓田实际部署了上千英亩，一台机器一晚能处理几十英亩，农民按服务付费，成本和传统喷药接近。

真实试验显示，能减少 30-70% 的化学农药使用。

农业正在从依赖大量化学，转向机器人 + 光照这种物理方法的路径。

对食品安全、土壤和农场工人来说，都是看得见的进步。

当然，它解决不了大规模单一种植本身的生态问题，但至少让“少用农药”这件事，在商业尺度上变得可行。

主因不是因為它聽起來厲害。 是它擊中了我一直在擔心的那個問題。

🔬 技術再好，資金進不來也是徒勞

Cardano 的技術，從來不缺人讚美。
eUTxO、形式驗證、Ouroboros。這些東西寫進論文，都站得住。📝
🛑 但散戶不看論文。
散戶只問幾件事：我的資產進得來嗎？我的資金能流動嗎？
過去 Cardano 最大的弱點，從來不是技術不夠好。
是太孤立。 🏝️

Ethereum 的資金進不來。
Solana 的流動性進不來。
各種穩定幣，路徑一直很窄。

LayerZero 如果真的落地，等於幫 Cardano 開了一條路，通往全世界的流動性。 🛣️

而且走的是 testnet ➡️ mainnet endpoints ➡️ Stargate 橋接，全程用 Cardano 自己的形式驗證合約。

In January 2020, a randomized clinical trial published in JAMA found that six active sunscreen chemicals — including oxybenzone and avobenzone — absorb into the bloodstream after a single application. Not after years. After one use. At concentrations exceeding the FDA's own safety threshold by 180x to 500x.

The FDA did not recall them. They issued a statement: "Continue to use sunscreen."

Oxybenzone is a confirmed endocrine disruptor. It mimics estrogen. It crosses the placental barrier. It has been found in 97% of Americans tested. It is in breast milk. It is in amniotic fluid. It is in your children before they are born.

A former formulation chemist — 11 years at a top-3 sunscreen manufacturer:

"We had internal absorption data by 2014. Full transdermal penetration within 26 minutes of application. The compounds don't sit on the skin. They were never designed to. The delivery mechanism is identical to a pharmaceutical patch. We knew this. The mitigation strategy was never reformulation — it was public messaging. Keep the consumer applying. The margins on chemical sunscreens are 1,400% above production cost. Mineral alternatives cost 4x more to produce. The decision was financial. Every internal document confirmed that."

They told you the sun causes cancer. What they didn't tell you:

Vitamin D — produced only through direct sun exposure — is the single most critical regulator of immune surveillance against malignant cells. A 2023 meta-analysis confirmed: Vitamin D deficiency correlates with a 30-60% increased risk of colorectal, breast, and prostate cancers.

They blocked the one thing your immune system needs to fight cancer. Then sold you a chemical that enters your blood and mimics hormones. Melanoma rates have increased 320% since 1975 — the exact period sunscreen use became widespread.

The paradox is published. McGill University, 2023: "Sunscreen usage is climbing, but so are melanoma and skin cancer rates."

They didn't protect you from cancer. They removed your defense against it and charged you $14 a bottle.

15 minutes of direct sun daily. No screen. Arms and face exposed. Your body produces 10,000-20,000 IU of Vitamin D in that window — the amount they sell you in pills because they blocked the free version.

今晚大概率睡不好了。

统治了 PC 整整 30年的 Wintel 王朝，今天被一个卖显卡的，连桌子一起掀了。

NVIDIA 的 RTX Spark，一块 3nm 的 SoC，
把 ARM CPU、Blackwell GPU、128GB 统一内存焊进同一颗芯片，
塞进 14mm 的超薄本，
本地跑 120B 大模型，
1440p 满帧跑 3A，
拔了电源帧数硬是一格没掉。

但真正让那四家睡不着的，还不只是这些参数。

过去三十年的 PC，
像一群车厂在比谁的排量大，
所有人盯着 CPU 跑分，
Intel Inside 就是品质保证，竞争全在同一套规则里打。

NVIDIA 今天开进来一辆电动车，
直接说规则换了，
以后比的是 AI 算力和谁的软件生态更深，
而它那张生态网，叫 CUDA，已经铺了二十年。

这一下，每一家被点到的，都得正面回应：
Intel 和 AMD 还能追性能、追制程，追不上的是那二十年攒下的开发者。

苹果 2020 年就用 M 系列证明了 ARM 加统一内存能有多强，
可它把 CUDA 拦在门外，

NVIDIA 干脆绕开，在 Windows 这边复刻了一遍，
还多带了苹果永远不肯给的东西，
完整 GPU 生态、3A 游戏、CUDA 全栈。

高通的 Snapdragon X 先跑了一年 Windows on ARM，没有 GPU 生态撑腰，整个故事还只讲了一半，没想到今天这个位置被人抢了

当然，发布会上说的，和真正用起来之间，向来隔着一段距离。

ARM 版 Windows 的兼容层跑老软件掉多少、满载久了降不降频、这套东西最后卖什么价，老黄一个都没交代。

但方向似乎已经钉死了，
过去你买电脑，Intel Inside 是贴在机身上的那张品质标签，
但是往后这张标签，得换人贴了。

NVIDIA 今天卖的不只是一颗芯片，还有下一个三十年 PC 行业的入场券。
