The line got disconnected automatically @PrimeVideoIN really disappointed with my experience today. Really really sad. After making me hold for 25 mins the guy cancelled the line and could not resolve my issue.
@AmazonHelp I called your customer service explained my issue thrice. I asked him for a relevant mail if because he could not solve my problem. So without telling me anything he kept me hold for 10 mins or so and cancelled my line. He could not resolve me issue till the very end @AmazonHelp

Frankly speaking @NexaExperience . The amount of calls we get for servicing through NEXA CAR WORLD PREMIUM is frustrating. I hope you can do something about that. Even though I have repeatedly told them not to make that call. They hold your name and make the experience bad.
