Justify and also why should i pay when i have already spent so much of money

backup & finally they concluded that it is motherboard issue and from the customers end. How could a brand new laptop face such an issue within a weeks span, got it serviced thrice but no proper solution, despite writing mails tGo team Lenovo..

finally they are blaming the customer to just wipe off the blame telling its your fault water has logged in from which this has happened & asking me pay for getting the issue resolved

Pathetic customer service experience from @Lenovo India, bought a new laptop model no: _____, which was purchased from @reliance-digital amounting to ₹41,000 odd, after a week span several issues raised like touch pad battery

ideapad slim 3 just bought only 10 days but totally repair..It is totally unfair can't able to think..Causes problem like battery issue, touchpad repair and screen damage and we have service by lenovo technical support but again'facing same issue
