Just signed it out, a truly WILD case (my second ever of this entity) - Pericardial fluid, Malignant? but the patient is just 18yo. Would you then call it benign??? What if I tell you the patient has sickle cell trait and a renal mass?
DX - Metastatic Renal Medullary Carcinoma.
