Anyone remember Gavin Williamson talking about assessed grades at A level, when he claimed “Some schools... have literally put every child in as either an A, an A* or a B”
Well I did an FOI to OFQUAL
@mjkitt20 Whatever lesson you’ve found yourself feeling best in so far. I usually like to have formal observations after a free if possible to give a bit of mental preparation time! :)
Love this trend!!

Everyone knows teacher training is tough, last week’s post (posted late oops!) is about my first “bad week”

@a_gadsbey Can’t imagine the stress you’re feeling. We’ve faced some disruption with year halves isolating but nothing affecting the whole staff. Best of luck and wishes to you ❤️
New post up today! I wanted to talk about how I came to choosing my teacher training route, and give a general overview of the options available. Enjoy!

@mjkitt20 I’ve recently tried having both a “good names” and a “minutes added” section of the board. Whoever is on the good names by the end of the lesson receives a “cause for praise” which is sent home :)
@BecomingMissC@PGCE_chat Good luck! Once I started taking full lessons I enjoyed them so much more than partial lessons or just observation! The adrenaline will be flowing I’m sure 👍🏻👍🏻
@shilts@PGCE_chat I’ve reminded myself how much I can handle! After 5 months of furlough, I think I’d forgotten the joy of hard work, especially when it’s something you enjoy!
