Came to know that you have to make your driving licence details entry into the government portal, you can visit your RTO and take/apply for "licence particulars" to save your license. Thanks @SHUAIBCU for support and info.

The last date to change book-format driving licences to card is 10th June 2020.. This is a burden because due to the covid lock downs, many Keralites could not reach to home state. Please make the process completely online or extend it for min 1 year
