@anandmahindra sir, I want to bring this into your notice that some fraud pple've have opened wkshp in the name of Mahindra authrzd service centre n duping M&M custmrs. One Ali Motor in Jasola, nr Apollo hosp, Delhi is one. He had put Mahindra logo N helpline number too.

@pnbhf @PnbhflV600 pls look into this. If one's cibil score is good, loan repayment record is good, @RBI repo rate has decreased, govt policies are favourable....Why don't you reduce the ROI on housing loan? Pls explain why your office doesn't respond to this n keeping mum.

Dear @RBI , PNBHFL type NBFCs are not reducing ROI on housing finance loans despite RBI's repo rate been reduced 125 points in recent times. The decrease in repo rate has only benefited these lending companies, not to customers. Pls look into this.

Decrease in Repo rate has only benefitted these NBFCs. They are not sharing any benefit with the customer. They are still charging me 9.5% in housing loan despite my good cibil score & loan paying records even after repeated requests to them. Pls look into this also.
