@TalkTalk We were promised compensation for our 9hours of phone calls 6 failed engineer visits, nearly a month no internet. taking 3and a half weeks to send an engineer and cancelling appointments without contacting us. That compensation is £5! This is beyond offensive

@TalkTalk I can’t sign in. @TalkTalk haven’t updated our online account sign in details. This complaint was raised as part of the ongoing complaints. I’ve already spent over an hour on the phone and been hung up on 3 times today by talktalk.
