During Covid we had a different philosophy when the disease ran through our assisted living homes.

Instead of locking everyone in their rooms 24/7, we brought them out for at least 45 minutes to an hour of sun every day sprinkled through the day.

Results were mostly mild colds. We lost 1 resident to Covid. He never wanted to go outside. He wanted to go to a hospital where he passed. Everyone else did fine.

Now we just go out in the sun to enjoy it!
