.@VictoriaS We rescued a stray whose foot was run over last week, and months of binge watching #itsmeorthedog have finally come to use. Patchy can already sit and is loving training. You are an incredible teacher and advocate for dogs everywhere - thank you for your compassion!
. @AoDespair Thank you for #Treme - the honesty, the music, the most immersive TV experience I've ever had, and the epiphanies at practically every 3 seconds. I'm just finishing S1, and I think I will now approach life the way I imagine you approached creating the show.
@danariely 'The Power of Social Norms' is on this playlist. Erroneous addition or clever nod at how much y'all love your work? 🤔
That aside, I can safely say behavioural scientists have *great* taste in music!
@Schandillia's Twitter handle is hands-down the best thing that's happened to me all week. Thank you for creating such *quality* content - you weave threads of history and science into gripping narratives and I can't wait to read what you write next.

Napoleon Bonaparte and Czar Alexander met on a raft on the Neman River in July, 1807 to sign the first Treaty of Tilsit. Among the terms was Russia invading Britain in return for French support against the Ottomans.
The #sevasindhu drivers' scheme in #karnataka seems impossible to claim. We spent ~40mins with a local auto driver trying in vain to fill it out - turns out most people haven't managed to do it. @frp09@Captain_Mani72 any chance you can amplify this and help find a solution?
@frp09 Oh that's interesting. There are a couple of boxes that are greyed out that are supposed to auto-fill once the driver enters their DL and vehicle info. But the auto-fill wasn't happening! Did it happen for you?
@akshyg1008 Hahaha. Breaking the sound barrier is ideally something pilots need special permission to do over populated areas so I hope that doesn't keep happening to you. But HAL airport can be a noisy place for sure!
@gauthaman_k Good question! It actually CAN be heard across a city. This video explains how sonic booms work: https://t.co/1Cr7y8g08g
Basically, the higher up the plane, the further the reach of the sound on ground. Heuristic is for every 1k ft above ground, you'll hear it for a mile further
