@airtelindia It's a shame that you people have again taken 24 hrs to give me any satisfactory answer. Proof of payment is shared. DTH connection was supposed to be done within 24 hrs, i.e., on 8th January and you people are still not able to resolve this. @airtelindia

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Airtel addresses this issue seriously to prevent such service lapses in the future.

@fnp_ind I placed three orders for fixed time delivery yesterday for my parents anniversary. It was supposed to get delivered between 10 & 11am. It has not reached until now. I received two regrets mail that due to unforeseen circumstances they are not able to deliver on time.
@fnpsupport@fnp_ind for you, it's a normal delivery for us it's a special day ruined. Never had this type of issue with @SwiggyInstamart or @letsblinkit. The least you can do is to be available on chat.

@yeshaa_always Sorry to come into your conversation but I couldn't resist..😛😛 Actually Shaurya and Varsha were married and after Ananya was born, Shaurya had an extra marital affair and Kuhu was born due to that. Later Varsha forgives Shaurya and adopts Kuhu.
