This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Airtel addresses this issue seriously to prevent such service lapses in the future.

@fnp_ind I placed three orders for fixed time delivery yesterday for my parents anniversary. It was supposed to get delivered between 10 & 11am. It has not reached until now. I received two regrets mail that due to unforeseen circumstances they are not able to deliver on time.

@fnpsupport @fnp_ind for you, it's a normal delivery for us it's a special day ruined. Never had this type of issue with @SwiggyInstamart or @letsblinkit. The least you can do is to be available on chat.
