@YESBANK I forgot my mpin for credit card and entered the wrong one 3 times and card got blocked for 12 hours.tried to use the forgot mpin after 24 hrs but after inputting the required data and otp, I keep getting a error. How to go about it

@TheOfficialSBI I have received 4 calls in last one week. They don't listen to explanation.they keep insisting that I deposit money in the account. Tne account has 10 times the amount that they asking me to deposit.tje interest has already been debited on 31 Aug

@TheOfficialSBI pls look into this.i have a cc account and the interest gets debited every month from the account.since last month I have got 15 calls and 3 emails about non payment but the amount has been debited from account.i have told the person this but calls keep coming.

@TheOfficialSBI what kind of rude people u have in ur sbi Gulzarbagh branch. Very rude and don't know how to talk to customer.we have been banking with this branch since 1976 and have multiple account there and never accepted this kind of rude behaviour

@TheOfficialSBI This is harrasment. Pls look into it and stop the phone calls. You can call if I default on payments but getting calls even after payments is harrasment.

@TheOfficialSBI I have replied to the email with the account statement. Today also i got a call regarding the same. The account has 20 times the amount that's needs to be debited but they keep telling me to go to the bank and deposited it.why do i deposit when the account has more than enough.

@TheOfficialSBI Us nor anyone to guide us. Waited for 7-8 mins and walked out of the branch. This meet and greet was for important bank customers and this is how u treat them? I took out time from my busy schedule and it was a waste of time.why waste our time if ur bank cannot even handle this
