After hanging on the customer care call for more than 25 min got connected and explained the issue. As provoided by customer care number 05224309859. Tried calling for 3 days straight. No one has picked or provided any resolve. With weather change, use of AC is reducing.

No one from service centre has visited till now, they don't even pick the call. Received cancellation proposed for the same req. What kind of Pathetic service centres have you allocated. We are struggling with new AC for more than 20 days, which was not expected.

The amount was deducted from his @TheOfficialSBI bank account. He has to make another payment with penalty to Kesco.
