@Uber_Support I took a trip today and the driver did not end the trip, instead ended it 10km later. I have sent the Google maps evidence about the same but your support refuses to refund the extra amount. Please help with the issue!
@nobrokercom Overall delivery experience was fine. There were some issues like a few broken items, drop not happening on time etc. Would have given 3 star, but the extra star is because of Ravi Kumar Yadav, my shifting representative. They made sure to fix my issues on time.

@AmazonHelp The two order ids I provided are not cancelled. These were supposed to be delivered today and day before yesterday, but haven't been. The delivery executive does not pick up the call and the customer service isn't able to help. I thought customer first was your motto, but it isnt

Please ask users about luggage if you choose to have such cars in your service or mention the type of car booked so that users don't end up wasting time
@Uber_India Have you started that premium cabs within city need not have a luggage space. I booked a premium and your driver stated so today. It is frustrating to wait for a cab for 10 minutes and then it's without any boot space.
