@Uber_India are you crazy? Who is managing the product? Drivers get option to go AC/NonAc, why customer not getting option or getting notified that driver chose this? I paid thinking it would be AC but driver says he chose non ac.

@airindia Chicago to India... spoiled my entire trip experience. My new trolly bag was checked in...red became black, scratched, bruised and destroyed all over. Sad part I was in rush as flight was delayed so couldn't complain. Now they dont entertain.
Flying from Chicago to Delhi in @airindia in Business...they say they don't have seats coz 6 seats are broken..booked 1 month in advance. Such a shitty airline service. Shame.
