@Dyson - v11 given for service on April 19 at Dubai Mall. Told will be done in 2 weeks. Almost a month with follow ups on call n store visit. Your team says they will revert/call back but never do. Such a contrast to the service when you want to sell #fail #dyson #dysonfail

Dear @emirates - watched a step behind as my senior citizen mother travelled back alone. The check-in experience was enough to say a prayer to myself that all goes well. Big difference between what you advertise and deliver

@emirates total chaos while boarding at New Delhi airport. Staff let’s everyone in and then asks to vacate for security check. Just not your kind of service and experience.
