@ICICILombard It's tranfer policy , you not able to give any genuine reasons and forfeit the whole not for 1 st year but for upcoming year also , then cancel the policy such theifs , where is your team when your agent selling the insurance,just a poor company #worst

@ICICILombard I do not recommend this company because of poor service and unprofessional behavior. They never process claims and also unfairly withhold your money for random reasons.

I'm following the people from the last 2 weeks. Poor service, dodge people, constant OTP requests. Call center has no idea about cartridge 2-year performance or issue resolution if it stops working.
