@zomato@deepigoyal yesterday i ordered a cake with specific written instructions. Mangled cake with nothing written on it was delivered. Customer care chat instructed to write to [email protected] which responded saying cannot do anything about it. Where is the accountability?
@zomatocare While you are at it, here is another one to investigate. Advertised cake on your app vs delivered cake. When i raised an issue for this i am being asked how the two cakes are not the same @deepigoyal@zomato
@meesho_support@Meesho_Official had placed order for 5 different items in my order no. 220635183283469248. Single shipment was delivered to me on Nov 21st and OTP was shared with delivery person. On opening the parcel, 2 of the 5 items were missing in the shipment, help please
@meesho_support Support issue raised for the same was closed stating that an otp was provided and hence products have been delivered. Customer care has not been helpful
@meesho_support two complaints have been open for 9 days now. As is evident from the evidence shared with you and from reviews from other customers on the product, the seller is a fraud. Instead of banning them so they donโt fool more customers, you are choosing inaction.
@meesho_support Two complaints registered for the same order, one curtain design 4 quantity and another design 2 quantity. This is the garbage that was delivered instead. Look at the reviews from other customers on their products and you will know this seller should not be allowed on your app
