I flew with @TurkishAirlines on 5th Feb from Istanbul to Houston(TK33)
Its been 48hrs and my baggage (3 bags) still not arrived.
I tried calling the customer care but couldn’t reach out to anyone, I raised complaints with @turkishairln_cs lost and found no response from them yet.
@TurkishAirlines checked-in luggage has been delayed 4 days post-arrival No assistance or escalation only automated responses This is a serious service failure impacting basic survival. Immediate action required @IndiGo6E your operational delay contributed directly to this issue
@TK_HelpDesk I didn’t get any help so far from your airlines neither from @IndiGo6E who delayed the flight on 5th which seems to be the major issue and nobody is taking accountability here.
@TK_HelpDesk There was updates other than that you are still looking into the matter. No information on if my luggage is arrived in Houston or lost by the airlines.
@TK_HelpDesk Yes, the charades of getting in touch is not working for me, neither visiting the link does. I don’t have any updates till now. Feels like you guys have lost my luggage and not taking accountability and just tossing me here and there.
