Then what is the use of having an education minister if he cannot enforce the rules that should be implemented to regulate exams? Uska kam sirf khursi pe baithna hai? What is he gonna do? These paper leaks are crucial examples showing that people in the administration do not care about rules and policies because they know their top officials and especially ministers are not going to take any action. Corruption and negligence start from the top.
I work in the US healthcare data domain, if patient data is compromised by a junior employee, the company is responsible and must pay compensation. If it keeps happening, the board questions senior leadership. In serious cases of negligence or fraud, top executives can even go to jail. People trusted the company, so those at the top must answer for it.
This paper exam leak is the biggest case, we have lost 21 students.
