Tip 💡 :
We generally avoid index heavyweight stocks. They tend to move less because they can’t be moved easily....they are heavily managed.

Heavy institutional positioning keeps them fairly range-bound, so you end up with more choppy sessions than with regular stocks.

Not saying they don't move; they do. But the number of times you will see a good range of movement in them is far less.

Lean towards other stocks in the same sector with lower index weightage. They're not as "held back" and tend to give sharper, more tradeable moves, especially if you trade F&O.

Coming to #KOTAKBANK its stuck in a range but ....BULLISH as long as above 392.

Since then, it spent almost 1 year in consolidation,
absorbing that entire move.

Price is breaking out above the 70,800 zone, which was acting as a major supply area during this phase.

This is not just a random move it’s a range breakout after long consolidation.

What it tells us:
