This is the reply I get after raising concern over punctuality of my train no.-02569.
They are not even concerned to take tha responsibility for the delay. They just discharge the accountability by saying it was operational constraint.

Worst experience ever. This train is like passenger train. Every other train is passing.
It's pathetic, this train has the average delay of 3 hours to reach Aishbagh from Darbhanga.
