@OYO4U - Do no book with this people. Scammers - it’s been a year still waiting for refund for a hotel reservation which I cancelled within the notice period. After endless emails and messages no refund. Everyday I get told they’re looking into. Total scam

• Raising a formal chargeback / Section 75 claim with my bank
• Filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline in India
• Escalating the matter through formal legal channels
