Issue arises While Filing of ITR 2:

Part B-TI showing GTI by considering the income of CG without indexation while tax is computed with indexation.

kindly resolve the issue so that GTI will also be on Income derived with indexation.

@SameerDhania After filing of DRC-03 , kindly fill the DRC-03A using DRC 03 ARN .
After that it will show in the TAB you have shown .

This is happening third time in a row.

Kindly refund me my Toll cost which i had borne because of ICICI bank Fastag Team delay and issue my Fastag serial number and dispatch it within 24 hours.

Never expected that the most reputed bank ICICI will treat their customers like this. This is such a pathetic and unprofessional behaviour by the Team. I am deeply in regret for applying ICICl bank Fastag.

Because of this delay i am paying the double toll tax involving the huge cost i.e a toll of Rs 90 and i am paying Rs 180 on daily basis.

On 08/04/2024 i had a words with senior manager Neel majnudar he assured me to give call back by 04:30 and still there is no call back or status update from the Team.

On 24/03/2024 they are still on same page, asking to wait for more 2-3 days. Further i called them on 27/03, 29/03, 02/04, 04/04 , 06/04 , 07/04, 08/04 still asking me to wait for more 2-3 days.

From 22/03/2024 i am calling the customer care number 18001080 on a regular basis, always they have only one thing to say i.e. wait for 2-3 days it will be dispatched and activated . After waiting for 2-3 days i again called them

I had applied for ICICI Bank FASTAG on 15/03/2024 after closing of my PAYTM Fastag, Still the Fastag has not been issued by ICICI bank .

There is no status ever been provided by the ICICI Bank Fastag Team via call , email or message .

My ticket ID reference number 3277164103 is still not resolved but your system is showing it as resolved .
Also when i am creating new ticket for the same cause its showing your case is already resolved against old ticket number mentioned above.
