@DTDCIndia This service I have booked under ship assure on 25th and guaranteed delivery in 2 days was offered. But what I get extra headache and remorse.

@DTDCIndia Till yesterday it was showing today's delivery date, that was acceptable but when I checked today morning and delivery date changed 1st 😂. Means 1st you offered a delayed pickup ann that too was not picked up by you. I have to go to store myself. And then this delayed delivery.

@DTDCIndia As per some information, I habe got to know that the pickup person is on holiday. So if I'll sit in for 3,4 days then also it will not be picked up.

@DTDCIndia Instead of apologies, a better service should be provided. If you don't have any pickup person then it should have been marked as that the area is not servicable.

Deeply shocking to read this official US statement, which contains absolutely no expression of regret or condolence for the loss of innocent Indian lives. How can a “friend” and strategic partner be so deeply insensitive?

Why couldn’t a non-compliant commercial vessel have been stopped using other, non-lethal means? Is it not possible to disable a ship's propulsion or steering without firing missiles targeted to kill civilian crew members?

Practically every merchant ship navigating these crucial waters has Indian crew on board. Are they all considered fair game for US missiles now?

This approach is unacceptable and I hope @DrSJaishankar had said so to @marcorubio.
