Today, while travelling from Bengaluru to Chandigarh on IndiGo flight 6E-851, a fellow Punjabi passenger suffered a medical emergency onboard.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Manisha Francis from the cabin crew, who stepped in immediately and handled the situation with remarkable calmness, compassion and professionalism. Her timely assistance and caring approach made a real difference at a critical moment.

I extend my appreciation to @IndiGo6E and especially to Manisha for her dedication to passenger safety and well-being. Such acts of humanity and service deserve recognition.
