@AcerTVIndia 2 महीने हो गए led tv खरीदें हुए लेकिन अभी कोई भी इंस्टाल करने नहीं आया है इतनी बेकार सर्विस तो किसी लोकल कंपनी की भी नहीं है जितनी acer की है कोई भी acer का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट नहीं कितना मेल किया।कॉल किया लेकिन कोई रिस्पांस नहीं आया

Acer led tv 2-04-2026 को खरीदा था लेकिन अभी तक कोई भी इंस्टाल करने नहीं आया है 2महीने हो गए लेकिन अभी तक कोई रिस्पांस नहीं आया कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर कई बार कॉल किया लेकिन कोई सही जवाब नहीं आया बस बोलते जल्दी इंस्टॉल हो जायेगा पहले भी x पर complain की उस पर भी कोई जवाब नहीं दिया

@Acer_India @AcerTVIndia @Acer @consaffairs @jaagograhakjago इंस्टाल नहीं हो रहा है दूसरी कंपनी 3 से 4 दिन में इंस्टॉल कर देती है लेकिन acer की तो बात कुछ अलग है रिक्वेस्ट रजिस्टर करो तो कुछ दिन बाद मैसेज आता है कि कस्टमर ने फोन नहीं उठाया और फोन बंद आ रहा हे इसलिए हम कॉल बंद कर रहे हे आपका टीवी इंस्टॉल नहीं होगा बस 2 महीने से यही चल रहा ह

मैंने 2अप्रैल 2026 को acer का LED TV खरीदा था लेकिन अभी तक कोई भी इंस्टाल करने नहीं । मेल भी किया लेकिन अभी तक किसी भी टेक्नीशियन का कॉल अभी आया। कस्टमर केयर को कई बार कॉल करने के बाद भी कोई नहीं आया। मेल करने पर Acer का मेल आया कि इंडिया में INDKAL PVT LIMITED acer के प्रॉडक्ट
