It has been almost 8 months, and Croma has still not processed my refund.
I placed an order and paid through Croma Gift Vouchers. The courier partner failed to deliver the order and returned the parcel to Croma. Croma received the returned parcel, but my refund is still pending.
I have Contacted Croma multiple times by email
• Raised several complaints
• Personally visited Croma’s Mumbai office and spoke with the Legal Team
• Provided the required details and followed up repeatedl
Despite all this, there is still no resolution. The gift vouchers used for payment have also been deactivated.
@CromaCare @Croma Please look into this urgently and arrange my pending refund. I request a clear resolution and written confirmation of the refund status.
