@UPS Going public because private support failed.
@UPS misclassified my personal goods as commercial, asked for customs fees, and now is returning the shipment despite an active dispute.

Continue.. @etihad Raised investigation, verdict came -payment link was sent. Your agent did not mention "Original booking will be cancelled & no booking if payment did not made" in the call? How am I supposed to know about it? I have no flight now for the one I already paid.

Shocked by @etihad service. Enquired to reschedule flight , agent sent payment link, I did not booked. Turns out my original booking got deleted, so I have no flight. 1. Are you expecting customer to already know the booking got deleted? Agent didn't mention anything in prior.

After one ring, a lady picked & asked my personal information, credit/debit card detail they gave me a routing no. & told to say all this in recorded machine.
