Despite repeated attempts, @GoFirstairways is NOT keen in processing refund for my 2 tickets. PNRs are: CY97RG (May 4,2023) and U721RF (may 17, 2023). It's a sincere request to @MoCA_GoI @JM_Scindia @Ministry_CA to please assist. #GoFirst portal and customer care is of no help.

Even the third party app @EaseMyTrip is of no assistance. Despite both my flights being cancelled in above mentioned dates, their website is showing the trips is complete! It's a total fraudulent practice going on. Screenshot attached for this.
