We changed our search from 7 guests to 6 guests and immediately found two separate spots, only to ensure that our family wasn't homeless in a foreign land. Finally when my family checked into the first place, the HOST began her harassment.

The anxiety and stress that my sister, me and my family are going through is inexplicable. There is absolutely no consideration and humanity- neither from hosts, nor from this multi-billion company.

We don’t have the money because @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb_uk has still not refunded us the money from the last minute cancellation or any compensation. No efforts have been made to do so, despite calls and texts everyday.

My sister couldn’t leave my family without someone who has harassed her when they were visiting a foreign country for the first time. Today she tells us that she can't honour the remainder of the stay and is going to charge us more money. The money we don't have!

My sister kept requesting her to let her stay and that she was there only to get them set up and was going to head out next morning to her place, but she continued harassing our family and asking for more money without contacting @Airbnbuk @AirbnbHelp first.

As soon as they checked in and she saw my sister who was there only to drop their luggage, the host steadfastly began harassing my family just because she saw my sister who was "apparently the extra guest" and not disclosed. It was almost 10 pm at a remote location near London.
