@Acer , I would like to formally request a re-evaluation of my recent service case, where the issue has been categorized as physical damage.
Today, when I opened my laptop, the lid felt slightly stuck for a moment. As soon as it opened, I noticed that the screen bezel had cracked
I kindly request you to conduct a detailed physical inspection and reconsider the classification of this case as physical damage.
I trust Acer’s product quality standards and customer service, and I sincerely hope for a fair resolution.

Based on how the issue occurred, this appears to be related to hinge tension or internal assembly stress rather than accidental or intentional damage. I am fully ready to cooperate with any technical inspection to demonstrate that this was not caused by misuse.
@flipkartsupport Can you look into it again?solution provided by specialist was interim.he helped me verify the images pending from Jeeves side, after that a person should visit to my place to pick the laptop and repair and return it.That doesn’t happened they cancelled it without any reason.

Took 22 days just to verify images I have uploaded, now cancelled my claim stating plan got expired on 26th.Despite several tweet to @flipkartsupport no action has been taken yet. If it’s not a scam what is it then.Hopefully someone take strict action against it.Feeling hopeless
Till yesterday my claim was in progress and escalated by Jeeves as no progress going on but suddenly it’s been rejected today.Saying that my plan got expired on 26th October, on 28th they verified my uploaded pics and same day they asked for 1k for repair which pli paid same day.

@Flipkart@flipkartsupport , I have raised a laptop repair claim with your service partner Jeeves (Flipkart Trust shield) on 6th October, it’s been 7 days no action has been taken regarding the repair and no updates from their end so far.
