Pinahat (Agra) electricity department is extremely careless. No proper billing details are provided, and officials simply say “hume kuch nahi pata”. Complete negligence & harassment of consumers.

Ground reality in Pinahat is very poor. Consumers are running from one office to another but no one is taking responsibility. No transparency in billing and no proper response from officials.
