Dear Flipkart Support Team,
I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction on my Flipkart account.
Order ID: OD337725180691752100
On 1 June 2026, a person named Aditya Mishra took my mobile phone for a temporary purpose. During that time, without my knowledge or consent, he accessed my Flipkart account and placed an order for a mobile phone on EMI.
The loan amount associated with the purchase is ₹27,500, and the total repayment liability including EMI charges is approximately ₹30,960.
The ordered phone was delivered to my office address and was received by Aditya Mishra himself. The delivery details on the order contain his name and contact information. I was neither informed about the purchase nor did I authorize him to use my account for this transaction.
When I discovered the transaction, Aditya Mishra admitted that he had placed the order and received the phone. He also assured me that he would clear the loan liability. However, no such payment was made. He later informed me that he had sold the phone and has only partially compensated me, while the remaining EMI liability continues to remain in my name.
I request Flipkart to:
Register this as a formal complaint regarding unauthorized use of my Flipkart account.
Preserve all records related to this order, including login details, device information, order history, delivery records, and recipient details.
Provide complete details of the order and delivery available in your records.
Guide me regarding the dispute resolution process and coordination with the EMI provider.
Confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a complaint/ticket number.
I am ready to provide screenshots, chat records, payment proofs, and any other supporting documents required for investigation.
Kindly acknowledge this complaint and assist me in resolving this matter.
Regards,
Ashwini Singh

Facing a very unprofessional experience with Magicpin’s HR process.
There was no mention of any 45-day delay for relieving letter in my offer letter or even in the PIP communication. Only on my last working day, I was informed about this policy.
If it was never documented, how was I supposed to question it?
Even after multiple follow-ups and sharing proofs (offer letter & PIP), there has been no proper guidance or cooperation from HR, and I am still waiting for my relieving letter after 1 week.
Also, as per discussion with my Senior Manager & TL, in company-initiated exits, salary and processes are usually not held—yet I am facing delays without clear justification.
Requesting @magicpin team to look into this and resolve it at the earliest.

Very disappointing experience with Magicpin.
My friend had already sent multiple emails and even tagged the concerned people, but there has been no response at all. This kind of complete lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
Important policies like the 45-day delay for relieving letter were never mentioned in my offer letter or PIP, and still I am being made to wait without any proper explanation.
Even after continuous follow-ups, there is no cooperation from HR, and my relieving letter is still not provided.
This kind of behavior towards employees is not acceptable.
Requesting @magicpin to take this seriously and respond.
