@flipkartsupport The order was not delivered today, despite being marked as out for delivery. I called the agent twice, and he mentioned he would try to deliver it, but he had to finish other deliveries first. It feels like my order is not a priority.

However, the driver arrived at 5:30 PM. When I explained I wasn't available, he insisted he had tried to deliver and implied it was my fault for not being there. It feels like I’m being blamed for their delivery issues, with inconsistent reasons for the delays. Need help (3/3)

On Sunday evening, I received a vague excuse for the delay & was told it would be delivered on Monday. I specifically requested a delivery after 7PM since I would be at the office.
Today, I got a call at 11:30AM for delivery. I reiterated my request for an evening delivery. (2/3)
