@Toyota_India i booked fortuner on 17/10/25 and was informed that i will get it in jan-feb of 2026 with newer model and Its june 2026 and still no news. Order booking id ORD251001246 and booking done at pioneer toyota at patiala, punjab.

@Toyota_India now the prices also increased by nearly 3 lacs, who will bear these inflated prices if the mistake is from showroom or company side. Showroom is selling its cars at premium amount and not to customers who have already booked long back.

@Toyota_India now nobody is picking my call at pioneer toyota and also now they are asking for higher price and to get compulsory assessories done from showroom worth Rs. 3.5 lacs. Showroom is saying they haven’t received any fortuner from company in last 5-6 months.

I called local mechanic for help as i thought it was a battery fault but of no use as he said it is some system failure. Now car is lying there and me and my family travelled back in taxi. Now what should i do. I have to go to consumer court if this is how your service is..

Made a big mistake buying this car. What is the use of so many features if the system is not proper and service centre can’t handle the service of the car. Bad service and worst car of my life

My tauji, Surender goel bought mahindra xuv300 in 2024 and facing problems since then. Last month he was travelling with his wife late night and car whole system shut down automatically and service centre said that the car brain is dead automatically @anandmahindra @Mahindra_Auto

2 days back same thing happened again and this time the speed of the car was not going more than 20-30 km/h and engine was making sound and it ceased. Now service centre is not answering anything properly. Who will be responsible if something happens to my family.

Had the worst experience with @Mahindra_Auto at their service centre in Rohtak, at lochab mahindra, my 3X0 is at service centre from one week just to get my tail light replaced. Still they are asking for 1 more week. No proper response from service centre. @anandmahindra
