@lufthansa Could you ask the customer representative to contact me tomorrow ? I have tried calling the helpline but no one answers or I m in queue and my call gets cut after the first few seconds.
@lufthansa is there a specific reason as to why my flights have been cancelled without informing , I didn’t receive a mail also regarding the cancellation.i need refund for the cancellation of the two tickets.
Absolutely furious with @InterMiles! It's been 20 business days and ZERO progress on my flight cancellation refund. Despite countless follow-ups, they're conveniently ignoring me. Unbelievable! This delay is now impacting my credit card due date. Fix this NOW! #InterMiles
