@LPL absolutely the worst customer service. Had such a bad experience with LPL that I fear transferring my stock to any financial institution. Apart from that, the phone associate made a mistake in choosing tax lots even while being spoon-fed info and cost me ~2K in extra taxes!

@Airtel_Presence 4 months now with no working SIM and paying postpaid bill every month. Noone from Airtel freaking bothers to even reply. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? What do I do to get a response?

@Airtel_Presence I had filed a grievance, airtel offered me a credit of Rs 1000 and asked 2 reply with my acceptance. There is no way for me 2 reply 2 that grievance & my emails to [email protected] have been bouncing. Hence I am sending my acceptance here. Plz do the needful! (2/2)

@Airtel_Presence This is regarding consumer helpline Grievance No 2902511. My sim has not been working for last 4 months even after multiple communication with Airtel. Even with this harrasing experience I have been paying the monthly bill of Rs 500. (1/2)

@Airtel_Presence Airtel doesn't care. Not at all! Last yr my SIM stopped working-took 110 days to resolve! This yr again-SIM stopped working in May. I procrastinated cuz I didn't want to go thru d same ordeal. Finally DMed Airtel on Twitter on 4 Jun. STILL WAITING! See screenshot

@Airtel_Presence Tired of writing to Airtel every few days. First, my phone number was temporarily out of service for over a month even though I have paid every month's bill. Now the sim is not getting recognized. At least reply to your customers, Airtel.

@FedExIndia my shipment from Texas to Hyd is stuck at FedEx, Dullapally for 9 days!! Called FedEx in USA (complaint# 0618458552); put on hold for 18 mins on an int'l call to 0222571444 but got no human. "Wrote to the Top" & Bhavya Mishra regrets it but doesn't solve the problem.
