यदि ज़रा-सी भी शर्म शेष है,

वरना राख में बदल जाएगा

पर विवेक भी तो ज़िंदा हो सकता था वहाँ।

कहाँ का धर्म, कहाँ की शान?
क्या माँग रहे थे ये बच्चे?
दौलत? सत्ता? ऊँचा आसमान?
नहीं—बस अपना अधिकार,
बस जीने का सम्मान।
क्या पाया तुमने यह करके?
कायरता की मुहर, निर्लज्ज पहचान।
इतिहास गवाही देगा,
किसके हिस्से आया अपमान।

Not everything needs to be changed. @IRCTCofficial, if a user cancels his e-ticket, he should be stated that refund would be processed in this much time, instead of saying collect your refund from agent, while no agent was involved.

@RailMinIndia Yesterday Rajdhani Express arrived at RJN station, the doors of both ends of the First AC coach were blocked by onboard staff. Passengers had no choice but to board from other coaches, causing unnecessary chaos and inconvenience on the platform.

@bigbasket_com you need to fix 1 thing, if an item which was ordered gets cancelled due to unavailability the refund should be sent back to original payment method rather then to BB wallet
