Now you cancelled the order without informing client. I really demand a genuine resolution and not just sms or email.

Whats happened to @amazonIN service? Product ordered on 29th July. Expected delivery date - 5th August & their delivery person didnt attempt the delivery.

@amazonIN Now the status on app shows expected on 6th Aug and today is 8th Aug but there is no update and no delivery and reply. Calling the customer service team was also a waste of time. They still want 24 hours to wait and check. Very bad experience @amazonIN

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I called your customer care and they still are saying to wait for 24 hours. I don’t know for what. There is no update about the parcel and still they want to wait and see for 24 more hours and asking to keep patience. Even the app says expected by 6th aug and then no update.

What a pathetic customer experience you are giving @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Where one department is blatantly denying to help for the problem of other and is also disconnecting the call. Never recommending @airtelindia to anyone.

Worst customer service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for Airtel Xtream Product. sales person Shyam from Mulund mumbai sold a plan with Prime and Netflix and other OTT platforms out of which Prime & Netflix are not active since the time of connection. Sales team not answering.

Since last 2 days the TV channels were also not showing hence filed a complain online. Today the technician Kamlesh calls. He says I can only do TV channels. I dont know about OTT. That you talk to sales person, who is apparently not picking up calls.
