@HavellsCare360 The service date and time is today but no response from your team at all. No calls nothing. Also it’s been 3 days I registered my products and it s still says pending approval. What approvel do you need when I have given you all the receipts and serial number

Registered installation then and still there is no one who visited nor received any call. @havellsindia. If you guys are not willing to give after sales service then why are you promoting your products in different ecomm stores.

Absolutely pathetic customer service from @Flipkart@flipkartsupport! I purchased 2 @PanasonicIndia ACs, but the serial number is entirely missing from one of the invoices.
I requested an updated invoice 4 DAYS ago. Still no resolution.

Insted of fixing a simple document they gave me a resolution time of 7 days. I am forced to re-explain the exact same issue to a new agent every single time I reach out. Is this how you handle after-sales support?

I ordered 5 T-shirts and 5 shorts for my 2 year old and what I got is a small packet with two shorts in it. Complaint registered but no resolution.
